MISSION STATEMENT: This Foundation's Mission is to alleviate human suffering by providing holistic and Impartial humanitarian assistance through food, shelter, healthcare, agriculture and relief services, advocacy, fostering resilience and Unity within Vulnerable Liberian Communities in Liberia and abroad.

VISION STATEMENT:

The Foundation's Vision Statement is to have a Liberia. In this nation, every citizen regardless of tribe, age, or gender, has access to basic needs, opportunities, and the needed resources to lead a dignified and self-sustaining life hence enabling them to contribute to national and regional harmony:

BOARD OF DIRECTORS:

1. Honorable James Tondo - Board Chairman

James A. Tondo, Jr. MPAcct, MBA is the Board Chairperson of Liberia and Liberian First, Inc. He is an author, accounting and finance professional, and a doctoral scholar in Global Leadership. He served the United Nations for nearly seven years as a Regional Electoral Coordinator and Finance and Accounting Advisor. He has fifteen years of accounting and finance experience working and being trained in three different continents: Africa, Europe, and North America. He is a graduate of the Lord Ashcroft International Business School, Anglia Ruskin University (UK), and J. Mack Robinson College of Business, Georgia State University (USA). He worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers - US and Deloitte & Touche - US as Audit Associate and Senior Assistant in Audit, respectively. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. in Global Leadership and serves as Lead Auditor in the Georgia Department of Public Health:

Honorable Dayrell obtained a BBA in Accounting from the University of Liberia. Upon graduation, he worked with the International Republican Institute of Liberia (IRI/L) from 2005 to 2008. I worked at VOSCON INC in Liberia as an Audit Senior 111 from 2008 to 2010. I worked with First International Bank Liberia Ltd. from 2010 to 2015. I obtained my MCs in Human Services with an emphasis in Organization Management from Capella University in 2023. I obtained a Special Correctional Training Certificate / Military Science from Steven R. Floyd Sr. Training Academy 2025.
